Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (WECA) is a statewide non-profit organization serving merit shop electrical contractors, their employees and the industry suppliers that support them. View our Board of Directors.

What we do

WECA offers federal and state approved commercial, residential, and voice-data-video apprenticeship programs as well as continuing education for contractors and exam prep classes for journeymen pursuing state certification in California. We also offer a state-approved Electrician Trainee Program.
