Disciplinary Points Summary
Each Apprentice will start with 50 points (commercial) at the beginning of his/her Apprenticeship; various infractions will result in deductions to an apprentices points account. When an Apprentice has depleted all points in his/her account, he/she will be immediately cancelled from the program.
An Apprentice may have points deducted from his/her Points Account for the following reasons:
Level 1 Infractions - 20 Points Deducted for each Occurrence
- Rule 14 - Cheating
- Rule 17 - Falsifying Journeyman's Signature on Monthly Time Card
- Rule 15 - Quitting an employing member contractor
- Rule 15 - Termination by an employing member contractor
- Rule 15 - Declining a Dispatch within 80 miles
- Rule 15 - Excessive Dispatch (4 in 3 months), excluding jobs classified as "short calls"
- Rule 17 - 90 Days late timecard

Rule 7 – Failure to
attend schedule class (20 points assessed by 2 absences)
Level 2 Infractions - 10 Points Deducted for each Occurrence
- Rule 15 - Self-soliciting for employment before allowing Dispatch to try to place with a Member Contractor
- Rule 17 - No Journeyman signature and evaluation on MTC at least every 3 months
- Rule 17 - MTC over 30 Days late
- Rule 17 - MTC over 60 Days late
- Rule 7 - Absence from class
Level 3 Infractions - 5 Points Deducted for each Occurrence

Rule 6 – Leaving
campus during breaks
- Rule 7 - Tardy (arriving late to or leaving early from class)
- Rule 9 - Not signing into class
- Rule 9 - Not signing out of class
- Rule 17 - MTC Under 30 Days Late
